If you purchased your analyzer from another distributor, it's no problem! Our knowledgeable and responsive support staff will be happy to assist you for a nominal fee, or you may purchase one of our support plans.

Remote Assistance allows our service technician to view your computer and run diagnostics on your instrument. It's the same process we use if you ship the analyzer to us. Remote Assistance can help with issues related to:

  • Instrument Diagnostics
  • Cell Diagnostics
  • Instrument Function Testin

This innovative support function is only available from Ace Power Solutions. All analyzers we sell come with 1 year of our Platinum Support plan, which includes Remote Assistance.

In order to provide remote assistance, you need the following:

  • Stable Internet Connection
  • Windows 7/8 or Linux Mint/Ubuntu
  • USB Connection Cord
  • Telephone

Requests for remote assistance/diagnostics can be either scheduled in advance or as-needed. Please call our office to schedule or request remote assistance.
