Our designation as a Testo Factory-Trained Service Center ensures that all work we carry out on your Testo equipment is performed to the highest standard of quality, using only genuine Testo parts, by service technicians trained by Testo.
We are fully authorized by Testo to carry out repairs under your Testo warranty, free of charge. And if your instrument requires repair not covered under warranty, repairs performed by our staff will not void your Testo warranty, unlike third-party services. We are so confident in the quality of our repairs that we warranty every repair we perform for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.

To send us an analyzer for service, please fill out the form, pack your analyzer securely, and ship it to us. We do not require a work order or RMA number. Once we receive your instrument, one of our service technicians will send you a quote for estimated service costs and turnaround time. If you need help, please call us at (423) 634-3240.
If you are sending multiple instruments, you need to fill out a form for each analyzer. Please send the probe and printer (if part of your kit).
